By submitting this information, Client agrees to allow Momentum the following Permission and Use of all content provided.

• Momentum agrees not to make public an entire operating manual or the full file submitted by Client.
• Momentum will not directly provide any competitor or other outside party with the full procedure file submitted by Client.
• Momentum will use reasonable effort to remove or redact identifying marks, such as company name or logo.
• Client grants Momentum the right to display the contents and excerpts submitted for the purpose of teaching, training or marketing.
• Client grants Momentum the right to refer to the work performed for Client by generic industry descriptor, such as “marketing agency,” “car dealership” or “retailer” in place of the Client name.
• Client asserts NO intellectual property exists in the materials submitted to Momentum and Momentum is under no obligation to protect any of Client’s copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights that may be contained within the materials.
