Ryan has a love for owners and workers in small and medium businesses. Early in his career, he learned how to generate great improvements from highly effective business practices like Scrum, Program Management, Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, Post Merger Integration and Customer Experience Management. He built this expertise from working with big businesses including AutoTrader, AT&T, Delta Air Lines, HP and NCR.
So he was frustrated to see many small businesses unable to achieve the improvements enjoyed by bigger businesses. The challenge is that those same practices can’t just be dropped in, as-is, for smaller companies. He knew there must be a way to repackage them, so they deliver real value to smaller businesses.
